Oak Park Collision LLC dba Collision Icon ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through www.collisioniconoakpark.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, insurance carrier and message. We also collect basic technical data (browser type, pages visited, referring site) through cookies and analytics tools.

Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in, we may send text messages about your estimate, repair status and appointments (non-marketing) and, if separately consented, offers and promotions (marketing). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
Third-party tools
Our site uses a few third-party services to operate: GoHighLevel (our CRM and messaging platform, which receives form submissions and powers our Google reviews widget), Google Maps (embedded map), Instagram (links and images), and Railway (website hosting). If we enable Google Analytics in the future, it will collect anonymous usage data and will not load for visitors who send a Global Privacy Control signal. These providers may collect device and usage data, such as IP address and browser type, under their own privacy policies.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as our CRM and messaging platform), with your insurance company when you ask us to handle a claim, or when required by law.
Your choices & Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; when GPC is detected, analytics and advertising tools do not load. You can also opt out by emailing us, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell personal information for money. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction of your information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed to respond to you, complete your repair, keep business records, and meet legal obligations.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
